Our next 3 Oysters inks today is Aqua Green from the Delicious collection. Thanks to Pen Chalet for sending a sample over for review. I love this teal green color, it’s beautiful.
Aqua Green is a vibrant teal green.
In large swabs there is just a little bit of pink sheen.
Let's take a look at how the ink behaves on fountain pen friendly papers: Rhodia, Tomoe River, and Leuchtturm.
Dry time: 40 seconds
Water resistance: Low
Show through: Medium
On Staples 24 lb copy paper there was feathering and bleeding in all nib sizes.
Aqua Green is closest to Robert Oster Turquoise. Click here to see the 3 Oysters inks together.
Overall, I love this color, but I have a lot of inks this color (since it’s my favorite) and I don’t think it’s different enough from what I already have to need a full bottle. It’s my favorite of the 3 Oysters inks so far.
